The lowest possible dew point is one of the criteria for measuring the drying capacity of a dryer.

When the drying capacity is sufficient, whether a dryer is energy-efficient is the real indicator of whether it is good or not.

Dew point control: the most appropriate is the best.
• Early switching:
• If the set switching time is reached, but the molecular sieve is not fully used, the regeneration will cause the regeneration frequency to accelerate and the regeneration energy to intensify

• Delayed switching:
• If the set switching time is reached, but the molecular sieve has been overused, the raw material will not be completely dried and the drying purpose will not be achieved
• Only the latest dew point switching technology can perfectly solve this problem, accurately match the timing of switching, and achieve the purpose without excess loss.

Let's briefly talk about what is the time switching mode and what is the dew point switching mode.

 Time switching mode
If the molecular sieve regeneration switching time is set short, the regeneration is too frequent, and the energy loss is large.
If the molecular sieve regeneration switching time is set long, the dew point will be too high and the drying effect will not be achieved.


The factory setting of the molecular sieve switching time of the traditional molecular sieve dehumidification dryer is generally 4 hours.
Some experienced operators, in order to save energy, extend the molecular sieve switching time by manually observing the dew point.
However, the moisture content of different batches of raw materials fluctuates. When the moisture content of the raw materials is too high and the molecular sieve switching time is set too long, the dew point will not meet the drying requirements.
The time switching mode lacks flexibility and has a low degree of intelligence

 Dew point switching technology
The user only needs to set the required dew point value. During the drying process, when the dew point reaches the set value, the molecular sieve will automatically switch to use.

When the moisture content of the raw material is high, the dew point rises faster and the switching time is automatically shortened; when the moisture content of the raw material is low, the dew point rises slower and the switching time is automatically lengthened.

Compared with traditional drying methods, dew point switching technology has significant energy-saving advantages. By optimizing system operation and reducing energy waste, overall energy consumption can be reduced while maintaining drying effects. This not only helps improve energy efficiency but also reduces operating costs.
