What does dehumidification dryer dew point mean?

What is dew point and why are manufacturers pursuing low dew point in the drying field?

1. Dew point temperature: Dew point temperature refers to the temperature at which the air is cooled to saturation under the condition that the water vapor content and air pressure do not change. Figuratively speaking, the temperature at which the water vapor in the air turns into dew is called the dew point temperature.

2. Absolute humidity : ①The pressure of water vapor contained in the air is called the absolute humidity of the air. ② The mass of water vapor contained in a unit volume of air is called the absolute humidity of the air.

Description: ① The degree of dryness and wetness of the air is related to the amount of water vapor contained in the unit volume of air, at a certain temperature, in a certain volume of air, the greater the water vapor density, the greater the pressure, the smaller the density, the smaller the air pressure. Therefore, the humidity is usually expressed by the pressure of water vapor in the air. ② Humidity is a physical quantity that indicates how dry and wet the air is. The humidity of the air can be expressed in various ways, such as absolute humidity, relative humidity, dew point, etc.

3. Relative humidity : ①The percentage value of the actual water vapor density in the air and the saturated water vapor density at the same temperature is called the relative humidity of the air. ② At a certain temperature, the absolute humidity of the air is the percentage value of the saturated water vapor pressure at the same temperature, which is called the relative humidity of the air at that time.

Explanation : ① In fact, many humidity-related phenomena are not directly related to absolute humidity, but directly related to the degree of water vapor desaturation, so a new concept that can represent the degree of water vapor desaturation in the air is proposed-relative humidity. It is also a representation of air humidity. ②Since the density of steam is proportional to the vapor pressure at the same temperature, the relative humidity is usually the percentage value of the actual water vapor pressure and the saturated water vapor pressure at the same temperature.

4. Dew point : ① The temperature at which the unsaturated water vapor originally contained in the air becomes saturated is called the dew point. ②When the relative humidity of the air becomes 100%, that is, the temperature when the actual water vapor pressure is equal to the saturated water vapor pressure, it is called the dew point.

Note : ① The dew point is often used to determine the absolute humidity and relative humidity of the air by measuring the dew point, so the dew point is also a way to express the humidity of the air. ②The dew point temperature is a temperature value, and it is used to express humidity because when the water vapor in the air has reached saturation, the air temperature is the same as the dew point temperature; When the water vapor is not saturated, the air temperature must be higher than the dew point temperature.
What low dew point means:
1 Faster drying of moisture.
2 means lower absolute moisture content, less material damage.
3. The residual water content can be reduced as much as possible.

Different raw materials have different initial moisture contents, different drying temperatures, different drying times, and different dew point requirements. Dryingtehcj designs different plans according to each different situation, observes product operation through remote data, adjusts the drying temperature, and time, switch between different dew point temperatures (the dew point of Dryingtehcj can reach as low as -70°C), adjust the operating system program, and achieve the most energy-saving operating state on the premise of meeting product quality.
